This academic year all Chapel Hill ISD campuses will release students two hours early once every six weeks. Teachers will utilize this time as a conference period to submit grades in Skyward Family Access.

Student Early Release Dates: 

• Friday, November 17, 2023
• Wednesday, December 20, 2023
• Friday, February 16, 2024
• Friday, March 8, 2024
• Thursday, May 23, 2024

Early Release Times: 

• 1:25 p.m.: Wise Elementary and Jackson Elementary 
• 1:35 p.m.: Kissam Intermediate School
• 1:50 p.m.: High School and Junior High School 

Please note that this approval specifically pertains to additional student early release dates for academic purposes and does not encompass early release days related to athletic events or inclement weather.
